Rich in iron, magnesium, phosphorus and starch, rice powder has absorbent properties and thus allows the face to mattify the skin by absorbing excess sebum. It can be applied as a foundation, like a powder, or as a mask mixed with water or rice cooking water. Leave on for ten minutes and effectively eliminate shine, particularly in the T zone. Contrary to popular belief, it is important to hydrate your skin well when you have oily, shiny skin, so remember to hydrate your face well after each treatment.

In addition to helping to mattify the skin, it also helps reduce redness and improve skin texture. So, in the fight against acne, rice powder is a real ally. rice powder maskIn powder form, rice is an excellent exfoliant for removing dead cells from the face. Its application tightens the pores of the skin for a gently even complexion.

To make a homemade exfoliating mask Mix two teaspoons of rice powder with water (or milk for sensitive skin) until you obtain a paste that is easy to spread.
Leave on for ten minutes then remove in circular movements to gently exfoliate. Eliminate residue with a spray of thermal water then apply your usual treatment. This scrub is recommended for weekly use. For your usual care, in case of acne, choose non-comedogenic compositions.
