Price
The prices appearing on this Site are indicated in Euros excluding shipping or provisioning costs (see Delivery), and are subject to variation during the year, it being understood that the products ordered are invoiced at the prices in force. when registering the order.

The contribution to the shipping costs is a flat rate of €4 in Express formula (Colissimo), regardless of the number of products for mainland France. Prices for other countries are listed in the DELIVERY section.

For any order shipped outside France, customs fees may apply depending on the recipient country. Refer to the customs legislation of your country. LM Natura declines any financial responsibility.

Order
The different steps to follow to order are as follows:
You select the item(s) of your choice and add them to the order basket; You can check the contents of your basket, the corresponding price and make any useful changes at any time by clicking on 'view my basket'.
You identify yourself (email and password). If you are a new customer, you must create an account and identify yourself by entering a valid email address and a password (personal and confidential) which you will later use to identify yourself on the site.
You choose your delivery method, additional options if you wish, then you validate the payment methods (type of bank card or transfer or check) among those offered to you, which you validate in turn.
Providing personal information necessary for order processing and delivery is mandatory. When you confirm your order by clicking on the “Finish” button, you declare that you accept it as well as all of these general conditions of sale. Your order is then processed by our Customer Service. As soon as your order is registered, a detailed acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to your email address. This acknowledgment of receipt summarizes all the elements constituting your order, including the exact amount invoiced and the delivery terms of your order.
You accept that our order recording systems constitute proof of the nature of the agreement and its date. We draw your attention to the fact that the same product reference cannot be ordered for a quantity greater than 6 items per order.

Payment
Payment for your purchases on the Site is made exclusively in Euros or Pound Sterling (choice at the top of the site)
Depending on your order, one or more of the following payment methods are offered to you: payment on order by credit card, or by check or bank transfer or payment by subscription
Depending in particular on the customer's seniority with the Akno Natura or Pso Natura brands, the amount of the current order and previous orders, possible unpaid amounts, we evaluate the payment terms adapted to the situation of each customer. These terms and conditions are announced to you during the payment stage of the order process.
Payment is made according to the payment method authorized by the commercial offer concerned. Online payment by credit card is completely secure. Payments by Maestro card, Electron card are not accepted. The entire transaction is directed in encrypted mode to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode.
You then make your purchases in complete security. In return for our commitments, we ask you to respect the payment deadlines that we offer you.
Our payment deadlines are imperative and acceptance of your package automatically results in the event of delay: – the application of a penalty clause equal to 25% of the amount of the unpaid order and, – the application in addition of a late payment penalty of 4 Euros maximum per week of delay, depending on the amount of the unpaid invoice.
Delivery
Our sales and prices are from EG Prestations, rue du Petit Montmarin, 70 Vesoul (Haute Saône) in France. The products are delivered to the address of your choice as indicated during the ordering process and only to authorized delivery countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us. It is your responsibility to provide us with all the details necessary for the proper delivery of your order.
The service providers we use are DPD for delivery to relay points and La Poste for home delivery (colissimo). You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your customer area. You will be delivered within an average of 48 hours (working days) from receipt of your payment. If, however, after 11 working days you have not been delivered, please contact us immediately. After 15 days after shipment, we will not be able to make a complaint to the services concerned.
If the order is returned to us, re-shipment will be at the customer's expense at a cost of €6.
Refund
If your product (excluding capsules) does not meet your expectations, have no worries. Simply return it to us in its original packaging, within 14 days of your order by you to:

All our formulas contain less than 1% synthetic products, with the exception of Akno Natura Mattifying Cream, for the effectiveness of its sun filters.
All our formulas are guaranteed to be paraben-free, EDTA-free, synthetic fragrance-free, and synthetic coloring-free.
All our products are laboratory tested and meet public health standards. Since our creation, our finished products have never been subject to animal testing.
Consumer guarantee
You of course benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects on the products delivered (see our return commitments).
Responsibilities
The products offered comply with current French legislation. All our topical cosmetic formulas or food supplements meet the strictest requirements.
LM Natura cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications. LM Natura will not incur any liability for any indirect damage arising herefrom, operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or costs.
LM Natura recalls that under the application of the law, unemancipated minors are incapable of contracting. Therefore, orders intended for minors must be placed by parental authority. In the event of accidental collection of personal data relating to a minor, the parental authority has the right to object to their retention.
