Loofah and psoriasis

One of the questions frequently asked by our customers concerns the use of the loofah. Among all the advice to fight psoriasis, it is always strictly recommended against scratching the skin. The temptation is strong since the itching of psoriasis is common, especially in the event of a flare-up. The loofah sponge, with its plant fibers, could therefore be compared by some to a method of scraping psoriasis. This is obviously not the case.

First of all because the fibers of the loofah are very humidified and therefore completely softened since they are swollen with water. Then, the Complex paste transforms into foam and adds a buffer layer between the skin and the loofah. Finally, during this gentle exfoliation, thanks to the Complex foam, active ingredients are released which soothe and cleanse the skin. This light peeling therefore allows the active ingredients of the Complex to better penetrate the skin, which thus experiences this action not as an attack, but as a gesture of care.

That's all the difference.
