The history of this treatment, at the origin

The Regenerative Complex was born from the meeting of the founder of Laboratoires LM Natura, Sylvie Méliet. Suffering from psoriasis, she discovered by chance an ancestral treatment in a small village in Guinea. In 1 month, his more than 20-year-old psoriasis disappeared. Understanding that the effectiveness of the treatment is linked to the use of an oil little known to science, Carapa procera oil, she decides to share her discovery and create her laboratory.

The women of the village, passing down the secret of making the treatment from generation to generation, agree to reveal the recipe to Sylvie Méliet. So originally, this treatment was intended for people suffering from psoriasis. The effectiveness of the treatment is also clinically proven for psoriasis at 94%.

Over the course of experience, the treatment has proven effective not only on psoriasis, but also on red, scaly and itchy skin of all types. Many customers have reported perfect results on their eczema.

The virtues of Carapa procera oil for eczema

This rare oil comes from a wild tree growing in the southern region of Guinea. The particular biotope around the village gives it even greater efficiency than elsewhere.

In addition to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, Carapa procera oil has healing and soothing properties. It is rich in vitamin A triterpenes to revitalize damaged skin. It also contains omega 6 and fatty active ingredients to stimulate the immune system, nourish the skin and regenerate it.

Eczema: a 100% natural bactericidal treatment

The Pso Natura Complex is bactericidal. It should not be applied to open wounds. It would then tingle. In the case of eczema with open lesions, it will initially be better to use the Rich Restructuring Cream. It will help restore the skin and heal it. Subsequently, the Complex may be called upon.
We also suggest our detox and zen capsules which make it possible to combat from the inside the causes of the occurrence of skin disorders.

In case of eczema, on which areas should the treatment be applied: body, face?

Eczema on the body

Eczema on the bodyThe Complex can be applied to all areas of the body, except the mucous membranes. The treatment is provided with a natural fiber sponge. This loofah must be thoroughly wetted with lukewarm water to soften the fibers. It allows very gentle exfoliation of the eczema areas to be treated, without attacking the skin.

This treatment is foaming. It is the foam whichreleases the active ingredients. This property makes application easier. To save time and integrate the treatment into your daily routine, it is possible to use it in the shower.
Filled with water, the loofah sponge becomes thicker. For the first use, do not hesitate to put 2-3 doses of treatment consecutively on the sponge to encourage the formation of foam.

A loofah sponge does not wring out. Twisting it would break the plant fibers. Better to squeeze it between your hands. Foam formation will be even easier for subsequent applications.
On more sensitive areas, use the sponge side of the loofah.

Eczema on the face

eczema, moisturize the skin wellLa facial skin being thinner, it is more delicate. The loofah has two sides: one fibrous side and the other sponge. For fragile skin on the face, it is possible to proceed with the treatment with the sponge side.

Avoid the eye area. This bactericidal treatment would sting the eyes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.

Likewise, for eyelid eczema, the Creme Riche is more suitable than the Regenerative Complex, which is not recommended in this area.

Eczema and psoriasis, what's the difference?

As we explained, this treatment was first designed and recognized for skin suffering from psoriasis. Experience has shown us that it is also useful in cases of eczema.

The causes of psoriasis and eczema are different. However the symptoms are often very similar, To the point that the diagnosis of one or other of the diseases is sometimes incorrect. Dermatologists most often prescribe the same treatments for psoriasis or eczema. Quite simply because the care or medication focuses on treating the symptoms of the disease and not the causes.

When it comes to eczema, it is often genetic or even hereditary. Stress is a major trigger.

What is eczema?

Eczema, or dermatitis, is a common and benign skin disease. It is an inflammation of the skin that is not contagious. Its causes are varied, it can be atopic dermatitis or contact dermatitis.

It is characterized by:

  • Redness and red patches that cause severe itching, causing sufferers to scratch sometimes until they bleed.
  • Lesions caused by intense and frequent scratching.
  • A superinfection linked to the lesions.
  • Dander.
  • Dry and thickened skin.
  • Or oozing skin.

Although benign, it is a very common skin disease, second only to acne, which impacts the lives of around 5% of the population, or nearly 2,5 million French people.

Advice for people with eczema all over their body

In the case of eczema all over the body, it is advisable to proceed in stages. Indeed, using the Pso Natura complex is simple and quick, since it is enough to lather and massage the areas to be treated for around ten seconds, then rinse. However, if you decide to apply it directly to all areas of the body, it can become too long and therefore too restrictive (approximately 10-15 minutes). We therefore recommend that youapply the treatment in stages and initially prioritize treatment of the most sensitive areas.

After about a month, when you have obtained results on these areas, you can start treating other parts of the body, while being very motivated since you will have already seen the effectiveness of the treatment. It will certainly take you more time, but at least you will not be discouraged by the complexity of the treatment.

What are the causes of eczema?

The causes of eczema are varied, they can be linked to:

  • Genetic predispositions
  • Stress
  • An intolerance to beauty products or foods
  • Environmental factors (animal hair, pollution, pollen, etc.)
  • Direct contact with clothing (depending on fabrics and materials) or irritating substances (detergents, nickel, hair coloring, etc.)

It can also be linked to pathologies such as asthma, food allergies, or allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis.

Eczema is often chronic and appears in outbreaks during which the symptoms are most pronounced. They are of variable duration and interspersed with periods of remission.

Eczema can also affect more sensitive areas such as the eyelids, ears, genital areas, hands, or even the scalp (seborrheic dermatitis).

Dermatitis affects both adults and children. However, in young children it generally disappears after they are 4 years old.

Eczema is a disease that particularly affects the daily life of those affected, both physically and morally.

What are the differences between atopic dermatitis and contact eczema?

The symptoms of atopic dermatitis and contact eczema are the same. However, their causes and forms differ.

Atopic dermatitis

Atopic dermatitis, or atopic eczema, is multifactorial. This means that there are several factors that can trigger or worsen this chronic inflammatory skin disease.

Indeed, beyond genetic predispositions, an allergic background or environmental factors can favor its appearance. It can be stress, pollution, passive smoking, climate, etc.

Symptoms associated with atopic dermatitis are dry skin, red patches, itching, dead skin and scabs.

The particularity of this disease is that it is localized in particular areas depending on age:

  • Cheeks, elbows and knees in babies and young children.
  • Wrist, elbow crease, hollow behind the knee and face in children, adolescents and adults.

Atopic eczema mainly affects children since their skin is not yet resistant enough against external aggressions, it is therefore more likely to be affected by allergens. Their immune system is, moreover, not yet efficient enough, so it reacts disproportionately, which causes irritation, inflammation and infections of the skin.

The causes of atopic dermatitis are mainly linked to hereditary components.

Thus, they reduce the capacity of the epidermis to play its role as a “barrier” against external aggressions. Affected people are then more prone to allergies since the allergens penetrate deeper into the epidermis. In addition, the immune defense system is stimulated and overreacts, which causes atopic dermatitis.

A person with atopic dermatitis may also develop contact eczema.

Contact eczema

Contact eczema is an allergic reaction. It occurs following repeated contact of the skin with one or more allergenic substances and is characterized by redness, scaling, the formation of red patches and itching. Symptoms vary depending on the person.

Furthermore, they can be localized (in areas of the skin which have been in contact with the product or the allergenic element), or generalized.

The main allergenic substances are:

  • Perfume
  • Cosmetics
  • Hair coloring
  • Nickel jewelry
  • pharmaceuticals
  • Plants
  • Coins

Lesions generally appear 3 days after contact with the substance. However, the skin can tolerate the substance for months or years before becoming allergic to it.

It is mainly skin sensitization that is to blame and not genetic factors as with atopic eczema.

This type of eczema mainly affects adults.

It is important to consult a dermatologist in order to quickly identify the allergen responsible for this eczema using tests. Otherwise, it could become more resistant to treatment.
